We Inform Owners about port facilities, restrictions, expected congestion and weather Conditions and port exp. to help Owner’s in estimating the voyage expense prior vessel fixing.

After vessel’s fixing we Coordinate with Owners and Master to ensure that all pre-arrival documents and formalities are compiled to Avoid any complication with authorities to Minimize delays in berthing and loading or off-loading operations. We also serve all parties in charge with regular ETA notices and Take updates from the Charterers/shipper/terminal verify same to the extent possible and keep the Owners advised about Shipper documentation status and cargo readiness. We make sure to tender vessel’s NOR upon arrival day or night and get opposite side signature on written nor after ship’s berthing.

We can Look after owner’s matters like immigration, crew repatriation, quarantine or health cert, Logistic support, medical requirements, CTM, spares, supplies, repairs, draft survey, off hire, condition survey and many more…

We provide Professional guidance and support to ease off pressure on the Master / Owner/charterer in case of any dispute with local people. We Make the necessary contacts and coordinate with the P&I club, the classification society, deputed surveyors etc. as per owner’s instruction.
